CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry (Conditions). Entry into the Discovery Three trade promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

2. Promotion commences at 12.01am 27 June 2008 and ends after all 30,000 scratchies and win tickets have been exhausted or on the 31 August 2008 at 11.59pm (Promotional Period).

3. Entry is open to Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania, western Australia and Victorian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. To obtain a scratch and win card:

     a. Purchase any product from CoolDrive Distribution during the promotion period either before CoolDrive runs out of scratch and win cards, or if later, at 11.59pm 31 August 2008 (Promotional period). 

     b. Rub the scratch and win card to reveal if you are an instant winner by discovering three matching pictures.

     c. Visit www.cooldrive.com.au to view your prize and note winning code.

     d. Contact CoolDrive by phone or email about your winning ticket.

     e. Fill in the rear of your winning ticket and send it to PO Box 272, Kerrimuir, Victoria 3129.

Once a prize is confirmed the winner will be notified in writing and by telephone within 14 days. prizes will be distributed by a freight method deemed suitable by CoolDrive Distribution within 30 days of the completion of the promotional period. Winners will be published in the Australian Newspaper on.

5. Any unclaimed prizes will go into a second chance draw that will be drawn on the 28th November 2008 at 10am at CoolDrive Distribution, 22-28 Lexton Road, Box Hill, 3128. The winners will be published in The Australian newspaper on .

6. 30,000 tickets will be distributed with 465 winning tickets: a winning ratio of 65:1.

8. The total prize pool is valued at $49,011.50 RRP including GST.

9.Consumers may participate in the promotion more than once. However, they must purchase a new product during the promotional period each time in order to receive a new scratch and win card.

10. The value of the prizes are accurate at the commencement date of the promotion. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date. The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize is unavailable, the promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

11. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 12. If prizes are not claimed within the promotional period they will be held for a period of three months after which any unclaimed prizes will go into a second chance draw. once the winner is confirmed they will be notified in writing and by telephone within 14 days. Prizes will be distributed by a freight method deemed suitable by CoolDrive Distribution within one month of the winner being decided.

13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and scratch and win cards. Any prize claim made with a stole, forged, mutilated or tampered with scratch and win card will be deemed void.

14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected scratch and win cards or second chance entries.

15. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

16. The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using and prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

17. All scratch and win cards used to claim a prize become the property of the promoter.

18. winners of this promotion will be published in the Automotive Electrical and Air Conditioning news magazine within 30 days of the end of the promotional period.

19. By participating in this promotion, each entrant consents to the promoter using the entrants personal information to administer the promotion and announce the winner  and disclosing the entrants personal information to organization's that assist the promoter with administering the promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this promotion). The promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

20. Printing errors and quality control matters will not be used as reason for refusing payment of prizes.

22. The minimum age for an entrant in the promotion is 18 years at the time of the promotion.
